The planning permit was refused by the City of Port Phillip and appealed to VCAT.

29 June 2017

A planning application has been lodged for the fire damaged property at 81 Bridge St. Permit application 164/2017 is for 6 three storey dwellings with roof top decks.

Here is a picture of the house when it was still intact. PMHPS member David Thompson describes the house.

For a short time, while serving as ward Councillor and Mayor of the City of Port Phillip, Julian Hill lived in the house.
