    “In the Methodist School Hall, on Monday night week, about 40 ladies and gentlemen were the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Bennett, to welcome home their son Pte P. H. Bennett, after over four years’ absence. Mr. Langley was in the chair. By the chairman, and Mr. Dusting and other gentlemen tbe guest of the evening was assured of the company’s goodwill”.
