1117  (Parents : Francis and Mrs Mary FACER, Essex, England.  Born London (arrived c. 1911 aged 26), educated “public school”. He enlisted as a 32-year-old fireman. The circular returned by his mother in England suggested Port Melbourne as her late son’s principal place of association, but as most English-born men with no next of kin in Australia, no local address was shown)
