Arthur was married to Annie Gainsford. They had one daughter, Dorothy Violet born in 1915 at Fairfield. Dorothy married Robert Ernest Bruce on 10th April 1937. He was a son of the Bruce family then living at 184 Ross Street.
After Arthur died, Annie is listed as the occupier and in 1954 their daughter Dorothy Bruce became the occupier.
