    Served Boer War (1898-1902) as Harold, 1027, Private, 5 Victorian Mounted Rifles, shown as born 1878 a mail carrier c/- PO Mitcham, commemorated Box Hill Boer War Memorial

    He was my grandfather and Yes he served in 2 war. His brother Herbert also served in the Boer War.

      I had recently found a Oz-Boer Database and it mentioned another De Valle so I was wondering did he have any brothers, so I asked Colin Fawcett but he wasn’t too sure himself
