    Served Boer War (1898-1902) as 397, Private, 7th Australian Commonwealth Horse (Qld), D Squadron, then shown as a station hand aged 22 from Rockhampton Qld., born in Melbourne Vic. next of kin father address unknown. Died in Melbourne, 2 January, 1950, interred Coburg Cemetery
