    “Pte. Stan. Hodson returned to Port on Monday on the Windhuk. He saw
    4-and-a-half years’ service on Gallipoli and in France. He was accompanied by his
    bride.

    Pte. Hodson and his bride were given a welcome home at the residence of his parents, Lyons-street, Port Melbourne on Monday evening. A large assemblage of his friends joined his father and mother in greeting his wife and himself. Pte. Stan. Hodson’s father. Bombardier J. Hodson, was with the artillery in France in some very hot engagements. Bombardier Hodson returned to Port on July 4, 1918.
