    Previously served during the Boer War as 37, Trooper, Midland Mounted Rifles (South Africa), noted as from Port Melbourne and a Trooper with the Commander in Chief’s Bodyguard

    Nugent also served in WW2, 3 Garrison Battalion, listed as in Albert Park with next of kin a wife, Annie. Born Walkerville, South Australia (shown as Henry George), he died at the Heidelberg Repatriation Hospital in 1955 at 75 years.
