    Died in Surrey Hills on 24 September,1955, aged 69 and was cremated at Springvale Cemetery … “loving father of Albert and Beth, fondest pa of Anne, John and Helen.”. The son Albert William Charles, born 14 September, 1919 served as VX41430, Sergeant, 2/11 Field Regiment.
