    Born 4 October, 1892 (Inverness, Scotland), enlisted 5 May, 1941, served W29520, Private,5 Australian Works Company, locality on enlistment South Perth, Attested Perth, NOK Jean SUTHERLAND. Discharged 16 January, 1947 (POB at variance, but age on Attestations correspond)
