    Born 1 December, 1888 (PORT MELBOURNE), enlisted 21 January, 1941 , served V10507, Private, S/C 3 Military District, locality on enlistment Tylden, Vic., Attested Royal Park, NOK Annie SIEVERS. Discharged 23 March, 1942

    Another example of differing information in different sets of documents. WWI papers clearly show Portarlington as POB.
