    Listed on Attestation as an electrical contractor. His father, Francis Edwin WINWOOD was foreman of the Port Melbourne Municipal Electrical Supply, noted as resigning 1 November, 1919 (Port Melbourne Standard) Mother on Birth registration shown as Ilma

    “Returned from the war, where he saw service with the A.I.F., Mr. A. C. Winwood has recommenced his business as an electrical contractor, and purposes to make Port Melbourne a field for his operations. His expert capability for the installation of current covers every phase, of the utility side of electrical work, and ranges from the lighting of the smallest houses to the illuminating of the largest establishment, as well as the installation of power plants. Reference to his advertisement will give further particulars”.
