Meeting – 26 July 2022 @ 7.30pm

Lyn Allison will be guest speaker at our July meeting. She will speak on the topic of the biodiversity of Westgate.

Lyn is the the president of Westgate Biodiversity: Bili Nursery & Landcare formed from the merger of Friends of Westgate Park and the St Kilda Indigenous Nursery (based next to the Port Melbourne Football Ground). 

Lyn was an independent Councillor in the last Port Melbourne Council from 1992 to 1994. She was elected to the Senate for the Australian Democrats in 1996 and became the party leader in 2004 and continued in the Senate to 2008.

PMHPS meet in the Council Chamber at Port Melbourne Town Hall and online via Zoom on the fourth Tuesday of each month bar December.
